6 Internet Marketing Myths to Ingnore

September 15th, 2009 No comments

How To Make Money Blogging with Blogging To The Bank 3.0.

Every day thousands of people go online to make money but most of them fail miserably because they either truly believe one of the 6 Internet Marketing Myths or or all of them. You can read them below and discover the grain of salt in all of them.

Myth #1: Internet Marketing is EASY

This is probably the biggest myth of all, and let me tell you Internet marketing is hard, takes time, effort not mention money and anyone who suggests otherwise is trying to sell you a bunch of horse hockey. Granted that it’s comparatively easier to brick and mortar in that there’s no inventory to carry, no shipping of goods no sales staff and virtually no overhead, but a lot of work is still involved.

Myth #2: ANYONE Can Make Money Online

Folks, this is simply not true. Unless someone gets off their lazy boy recliner and download/read everything they can about internet marketing, and put an action plan in motion, they will never make a dime on the internet. DO NOTHING, MAKE NOTHING.

Myth #3: You Can “GET RICH QUICK” On the Net!

This is the trap that a lot of newbie internet marketers falls into including myself when I first started, why? because scammers make it sounds so easy and let me tell you, chasing “get rich quick scheme” is a WASTE OF TIME!, money and energy. It just won’t happen overnight, instead do some research and find out what people really want and need then give it to them especially a sense of reality.

Myth #4: It’s FREE to Do Business Online

This is one of my favorite myths because I believed it during my first year of internet marketing and it just wasn’t true then, it isn’t true today. Compared to opening your first coffee shop or gift shop in downtown Los Angeles, internet business start-up cost and maintenance cost is pretty low. Once you have your domain set up, you only pay for internet connection, advertising and ongoing educations, that’s it. You can’t expect to make money selling free stuff and ask others to do the same. Folks! it takes money to
make money.

Myth #5: It’s TOO LATE to Start an Internet Business

Most internet marketers would love to hear people say “It’s too late now, too many competitions, I should just pack my bags and go home, the internet is too complicated, etc…”. You know why? the less people they have to compete with the better which in turn will make them more money.

The fact is, it’s never ever too late to start anything and that includes internet business. I firmly believe that the internet is not going anywhere and you should too. Every year the stats will show you the number of people shopping online are increasing, their spending dollars are growing and the number of people going online is increasing also.

Myth #6: The BIG Money Talk is JUST HYPE

As I’ve told you before, “it takes money to make money?” Well it’s true, although you will be hard pressed to find experienced internet marketers to tell how much they spend on promoting and advertising. Sometimes, you have to dig a little deeper to find the truth in every hype you read. It’s a fact that the people that makes alot of money online also spends alot of money on advertising, tools, resources and know how to get the job done.

If you are willing to take the necessary action to make ‘big money’ happen for you – it will. It takes time. You can criticize, be skeptical and sure that ‘big money’ can’t happen for you – and it won’t. Sit down and write a financial and a sound business plan. Local Chamber of Commerce can give all the info you need to get started.

If you believe that you will succeed you’re right, if you believe that it won’t work, you’re right also.

To summarize, you have heard people’s story how they’re making a fortune on the internet and how easy it is but the reality is some stories are NOT out of this world or unrealistic but it just doesn’t happen overnight. You just  have to apply a bit of common sense into it, find what you love to do, have a game plan, stay focus and you my friend might find the right opportunity to make all your dreams come true.

3 Popular Niche Marketing Misconceptions

September 13th, 2009 No comments

How To Make Money Blogging with Blogging To The Bank 3.0.

Specializing in Niche Markets has by no means been as crucial as it is at present. Long vanished are the days when you can target wide-ranging, broad markets and make money from them.

To generate money in today’s Internet Marketing atmosphere, one must focus in well defined niche topics.

Lets talk about a few misconceptions when it comes to niche marketing.

Misconception #1: You have to be an expert in the Niche field you choose!

Everyone says you should only decide on a Niche that you are an expert in…Nonsense!

The Internet is so impersonal that you can without difficulty appear as an expert and not know everything about that exact niche subject matter. The key is to appear as an expert. How? You can outsource, build niche sites with no interaction such as blogs, purchase resale rights to an ebook in a particular niche. You see, you can choose to profit from whichever niche you like.

Misconception #2: Choose one niche market and stick with it.

Not accurate! As soon as you confirm yourself in one niche and develop a profitable practice, choose a new one and run with it. You can even choose a pen name if you like, it’s widespread practice to do so.

Niche marketing is a numbers game. Once you find a profitable niche place it on auto-pilot and choose another niche market to get into.

Misconception #3: The best way to produce money in the niche game is to promote niche products as an affiliate.

Wrong again! Sure, becoming an affiliate and promoting niche products can be very profitable, but if you are doing this, you’re not maximizing your income.

You need to promote your own landing or squeeze page where you save the e-mail address of the visitor, and subsequently sending him or her to the niche product you are promoting. You should also send out an e-mail course with informative information pertaining to that particular niche market to gain the visitors trust. Since your subscriber now trusts you, you can recommend products in that niche again and again, knowing your recommendation holds a lot of weight.

Those are three common misconceptions when it comes to niche marketing. Follow the tips above, and you will be more likely to succeed. Remember, it is important to find a profitable niche, set it up so it is on auto-pilot, then move on to the next niche.

Not all choices you make will be profitable, so don’t get discouraged.

Even if one out of ten become really profitable, sit down and smile, you’ve hit the jackpot.

Blog Traffic – Web 2.0 Traffic Tactics

September 10th, 2009 No comments

How To Make Money Blogging with Blogging To The Bank 3.0.

The blogging phenomenon perfectly integrates in the second generation of web services know as Web 2.0 since this is the most convenient platform for all Internet moves. What is there for bloggers with Web 2.0? First of all, the whole aim of the new web-technology is to facilitate collaboration and sharing between users, on the one hand, and increase the usage rate on the other hand. The next legitimate question that rises here touches on the best ways to attract traffic in the conditions of the transition to blogs that are sources of highly functional content.

First and foremost, we need to say here that with blogs web information is no longer centralized in terms of authority, not to mention that the freedom to use and re-use material is limitless. From a certain point of view blogs become a real market, in which content is the transaction environment. Hence, Web 2.0 traffic tactics mainly gravitate around the optimization of blog articles for advanced search on the search engines. Though it may be very tempting, don’t aim too high from the very beginning, it is almost impossible to get large numbers of visitors form the first blogging days.

The key to getting good traffic is perseverance and service quality. Content has to be re-freshed every week if not more often; in order to make that an easier task, it is enough to change some of the content, even if you don’t replace it all. With the large number of applications available with Web 2.0, you should place a Google search box directly on the site, so that any user may find it comfortable to perform any further search directly from your blog page. What’s there for you? You make the user spend more time on the site and, consequently, you increase the chances of his or her returning to the blog in the future.

People are now more interested in blogs that have RSS feeds; well, you’ll have to let Internet users know that as soon as you can! Initially, graphics were the best means to indicate the presence of an RSS feed; the great advantage now is that you can adjust the very colors used for this attention sign to the theme or topic specific to the blog itself. The system is created in such an easy to use way that all you have to do is insert the text and the color scheme and then a graphic pattern is generated immediately.

What Is Article Marketing

September 10th, 2009 No comments

How To Make Money Blogging with Blogging To The Bank 3.0.

Most of us have access to computers and instant Internet connection nowadays. Therefore, many marketers are taking to Article Marketing as one of the most effective ways to advertise their business on the Internet. If done effectively it can drive a large chunk of potential consumers to the product website within a particular period of time. Wondering how to go about it?

There has been a long drawn relationship between article marketing and the print media. A business needs free space on the print media (newspaper in case of paper print). It obtains this by providing the media with vital information articles. The newspaper in this case prints this article and in return includes the name of the business in it to advertise it. Since all activities of mass print media has a restrictive budget, this method proves to be beneficial for all participants.

This is the case with paper print media like the newspaper. But the same set up can be built in the world of Internet. More and more people are going online to advertise their business as this reaches out to a large reader base.

An article directory is the place where the writer can upload his or her content. He can do so without paying anything to the website owner since the latter gain revenue every time someone clicks on the article to read it. As more and more articles are put up on this directory it becomes popular on search engines. This is essential marketing if your goal is to blog to make money!

This is good for both the writer as well as the directory owner. Although quite similar in their functions article marketing on the Internet is slightly more evolved than on print media. The article directory can be enhanced by search engine optimization through the use of certain keywords that are directly related to the subject matter of the content of the articles included. In this way whenever a browser wants to search on a particular subject, he or she will use some typical words on a search engine. If any of these words match with the keywords used in the article, then the website containing the article directory will come up high on the search list. This increases the chances of higher hits on the webpage and increasing traffic which is essential for your blog to make money.

Article marketing is mostly done to attract more viewers to your website. Therefore, the purpose of this form of online marketing is not too different from the others. However, other than making viewers click on the link to your website provided at the end of these articles there is nothing more that article marketing can do in terms of increasing your revenue. Your website needs to be convincing enough for turning potential buyers into actual consumers of your product.

Therefore, the content of your website needs to be persuasive. Not only do you need to pay attention to the advertisement of your product but you should also offer options of registering with your website to receive regular updates on your will business through emails to potential customers.

With SO the many articles for many different niches offered through MASS ARTICLE CONTROL, you really can be marketing with articles in no time!

Getting Quality Content For Your Blog

September 8th, 2009 No comments

How To Make Money Blogging with Blogging To The Bank 3.0.

All Internet marketing guides stress the importance of using only quality content for the blog pages, yet, the question remains: how can one decide which is good content and which not? I simply suggest that we start from the very nature of the blog: a highly informational and personal site which tackles with subjects in a specific domain. Hence, when designing the blog, don’t make it too complex, stick to the simple structures that allow users to perform actions easily on the page. The frame should also be very simple and the eventual ads and links need to naturally blend in the content of the blog as such. Web design provides the great advantage of using similar fonts and formats, so that only some elements on the page should stand out.

Furthermore, you may have learned by now that you need to create the site content around some high-in-demand keywords that users type in the search box of the engine. This is key if you want to blog to make money. The more the keywords, the higher the chances to have your blog appear in the first result pages. However, many bloggers understand keyword density the wrong way. The blog content should naturally include the keywords in an easy-to-read kind of way; a keyword density that goes higher than 2 or 3% could make the articles less appealing to the reader.

There are some tips you may consider when creating quality content for a blog. First of all, regardless of the domain and the target audience, it should be reader-friendly and even reader-oriented if it be the case. This means that even when you deal with a scientific topic, you can still keep the reader’s attention vivid since not everybody who visits your blog has a professional cultural background. Write everything in short or medium-sized paragraphs so that the information naturally flows without being hard to track in case of an interruption.

Statistics show that blogs that include links in the very article content are more successful than those who present links at the bottom of the page for instance. Inserted links allow the reader to get a puzzle-explanation of a concept or provide the opportunity to show interest for specific products or services. Furthermore, the blogs that make a happy combination of written content, pictures and videos are considered a lot more appealing to the average Internet user, and thus receive a lot more traffic. The key to being successful within the blogging system is definitely the continuous adaptation to the requests of the market.

Make Money Blogging: Finding Your Niche

September 8th, 2009 No comments

How To Make Money Blogging with Blogging To The Bank 3.0.

Starting your online business online can be a very daunting task. I know when I started I had some very basic concerns but to me they were monumental.

1. I don’t have a blog or website.
2. I don’t have a product to sell.
3. I am not real sure the best way to market online,

I am here to tell you that this type of thinking will paralyze your efforts to get started. It did me. So, I went on a mission to get these questions answered. I felt if I new the questions to ask, I could certainly research the answers.

First.  I know I wanted was an easy (non technical ) way to build a blog or website. Since I was familiar with blogs, this was my first choice. I did some research on successful online marketers that used blogging for their business. I found the person that is one of the top in the field of blogging to make money. He gives you the starting point with his product and follow-up videos. He stepped me through exactly what to do. Now, I did run into one problem that I will tell you about in a few but, I can honestly tell you, I built this entire blog with his videos and startup files he provides. This is why I am a huge advocate of Blogging To The Bank 3.0. You don’t have to market his products as I am doing here, but you can take your product or niche and use this as the starting point.

Important Note. I actually used his stuff to building something I could see, touch, smell (well you get the point, not just fluff here!), it worked for me!

Second.  This might be putting the cart before the horse but this involves web hosting.  When I made the decision to find out about building a blog/website, I knew that I did not want one of the FREE blogging tools (i.e. Blogger.com and WordPress.com to name a few).  I have used these for some personal stuff and I knew that limitations existed for what I thought I wanted to do.  So, when I decided on Blogging To The Bank 3.0to learn how to set things up, I knew I would need a hosting platform.  With the blogging tool, I did get a recommendation to use a company named Hostazar.  However, I did not have very much success with this solution.  So, I did some more research and found out that blueHost is a solution many WordPress bloggers use and one that that had plenty of assistance offered along with a way to contact them (Hostazar did not do this very well).  Also, the way you upload files is through something called FTP.  With Hostazar you have to get a separate product and with blueHost it is built right in!  I like the seamless transition.

Third.  I needed a way to market this blog.  If you read some of my other posts, you will find a smattering of hints and websites where you register you website.blog so you can begin to get backlinks and viewings from other sites.  Places like Digg.com, Squidoo.com, Hubpages.com, Technorati.com, Zimbio.com and Dropjack.com are all places to begin to market your site.   I also found that one of the favorite ways affiliate marketers are getting traffic is via article writing/marketing.  There are many sites where you can post articles both for FREE and for a FEE.  You can choose which ones to use.  However, the hard part was writing the articles.  Now, I am not a great writer.  Can’t you tell.  I tend to write like I talk.  So, my next need was a way to get my hands on articles that I could re-use and modify for my own uses.  When I found Mass Article Control, I was thrilled.  You literally get HUNDREDS of  articles pre-written in many different categories.  For me, it was like finding gold.  I had what I needed.  To make things even more interesting, Mass Article Control, automates the submittal of articles and it gives you a tool for modifying the articles so that article hositng companies won’t reject them as duplicates.  Heck, the sample articles are worth every penny.  The rest is just icing on the cake.

Fourth:  I need help with research niches to market.  I knew there were places like Clickbank.com where I could find all the products I would ever need.  However, how do I get started with a niche and how do I find out more about them.  I was kind of in a fog.  Then I found my last piece to my puzzle.  Really.  It is called the Maverick Money Makers Club.  A club where I get recommendations about possible niche markets.  I’d strongly advise you take a look at what Mack Michael’s created.  He is very well known in the world of online marketing and is very successful for a reason.   Check out MMMC and I am sure you will be impressed.

Let me end by saying this.  I learned that you CAN”T let fear stop you.  This is business and you have to spend money to make money.  It takes hard work and is NOT get rich quick.  However, once you get the hang of it, it takes diligence to market in some capacity every day.  You can do it.  I decided to tell people about these tools because they worked for me.   I CAN NOT endorse something that has not worked for me first.  If you want this, you need to get off the fence and get started.  All of these products offer cash back guarantees so why not at least try!

The words from my favorite movie,Shawshank Redemption!

All You Need To Know About Adsense To Explode Your Income

September 7th, 2009 No comments

Blog To Make Money with Blogging To The Bank 3.0.

From my personal experience and from speaking with many other publishers, it seems that many of them cannot even garner enough earnings to trigger off a payment from Google (USD $100). This is really sad because many give up before even reaching the halfway mark. Imagine adding up all the quitters, the amount of advertising money Google would have pocketed without paying a cent!

Point #1 Find Your Niche.
You need to know about your topic or subject fully and be an at least knowledgeable on it. You write quality content, you get quality ads shown. It is as simple as that. If you really found profitable niche on but know nuts about it, you can always use free articles (like this one) and post them on your site with their links on them of course. It is a easy and quick way to get quality content to your site.

Point #2 Laser Focused Theme.
You need to fully concentrate on your topic and area of interest. Do not deviate from it even a single bit! The reason behind this is to get the MOST relevant ads to your content which in turn will be the most likely to interest the visitor and get clicked on.

Point #3 Website Navigation.
Do not trick the visitor, do not confuse the visitor, do not attempt to hide the ad but do not ‘blast’ the ad at the same time. Create your navigation in such a way that your ads appear unobtrusive and yet viewable. It is advisable to put more then one ad but do not cramp your page with ads, it turns the visitor off.

Point #4 Key Word Density
Although Google doesn’t release exact details as to how they determine the ads to serve on a given page. We do know that content (and words) of the page that matters. Before serving ads on a page, then, you might want to check its keyword density to see what words pops up most frequently.

Point #5 Maintain Content Readability
Advertisements should not distract from your content, or else your visitors will be driven away. Make Adsense a cohesive part of your site design, not something slapped in at the last minute or some hastily put up page.

Point #6 Ask Them!
Google knows best about their own programs. If you have any doubt or any question at all, feel free to mail them. “Please feel free to email us at adsense-tech@google.com if you have additional technical questions or concerns. For general program or account questions, please email adsense-support@google.com.”

Point #7 Do Nots.
Do no click on your own ads neither should you ask others to click on your Google ads. Do not manually change or modify you ad code. Do not place Google ads on sites that include prohibited/questionable content (e.g.: adult sites, hate sites) Do not employ cloaking, hidden text or farm links. Do not create a site just because you think you found high paying keywords and throw content in just based on them just for the purpose of profiting from them.

5 Start-up Ideas for Your Home-Based Business

September 7th, 2009 No comments

Blog To Make Money with Blogging To The Bank 3.0.

So you’ve decided to start a home-based business? That’s great, but where do you start? If you’re online quite a bit, then there’s no reason you can’t start a business right from your own home on the Web. There are so many resources available online today that you can benefit tremendously from the research of others while building your own business. And, there are many companies that will do lots of the work for you when you join with them.

Here are five easy start-up ideas for your home-based business to save you time and money.

1. Choose Your Hours

Decide how much time you will be able to invest in your home-based business. To be honest, there are many new business owners who never make it because they’re not willing to invest their time. If you work a full-time job and plan to keep it while your home-based business builds, then you should determine how many free hours you can spend working. Can you invest a few hours per day, or week perhaps?

Once you choose your hours, stick with them on a consistent basis. Treat the home business just as you would a store with operating hours. If you open a store from 9 to 5, then someone must be there during those hours. So, if you plan to work on your new business from 8:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. five nights per week, then let this be your “operating hours!”

2. Choose a Business

Even if you plan to start a business selling products of your own, you might find it useful to join with a company to sell their products to build extra income at first. You can even do both if you can invest enough time and effort into both businesses. Choose a product or service that you enjoy selling. No business is fun if you dislike it. The more you enjoy it, the more likely you are to be successful.

With the Internet, MLM businesses are building down lines like crazy. This is the perfect opportunity for you to earn some extra cash or even a substantial income. The reason MLM businesses are so profitable online is because it is so easy to contact people by email and through your own website. Some MLM companies even do most of the work and contacts for you to save you time and money. Communication is very easy online even if you’re not really a “salesperson.”

If you plan to join an MLM group, be sure to choose a reputable company that has been in business for at least several years. Ask to speak with others who have worked with the company a while. Check with the Better Business Bureau Online to be sure there have been no (or very few) complaints. There are many scams online today, so sign on with a well-established MLM company to be safe!

3. Prepare Your Home-Based Business Work Area

Before you start a home-based business, be sure your home office is up to par. Upgrade your computer to a fast one with a super-fast Internet connection so your work will not be hindered by outside factors. Also, get a very comfortable desk chair with plenty of back and arm support. Choose a keyboard and mouse that you’re comfortable with, and organize your desk. Working in a well-organized environment clears your thinking so you can work and promote without distraction.

4. Investing Your Money

Before you invest a dime, be certain it’s the right business for you. When selling products for others, you might be asked to invest money before getting started for inventory, membership, a website, and so forth. If so, study every aspect of the business before doing so. Any business start-up will require some monetary investment, but you need to think before you invest.

Once you’ve chosen a business to invest in, set up a budget solely for your business. Having a business account at your local bank will help. Also, set up an account with an online payment processor if possible. PayPal and StormPay are two of the most popular ones online right now. If signing on with an MLM company, find out how they issue their payments first.

5. Use Your Talents and Skills

Whether you sign on with an MLM company or start a business selling your own products and services, remember to use all your talents and skills. Maybe you’re a great typist or a very savvy Internet user. Perhaps you know how to design websites, printed flyers, or promote online. Use your talents to maximize your home-based business profits.

Don’t just sit at home and dream of owning your own business. Use these five start-up tips to get your home-based business moving today!

Lastly, if you want your own website/blog, a place to host it and plenty of startup posts/article to market it, you can use this website/blog as testimony that the tools marketed here WORK. You don’t have to market these tools! You can choose your niche and still use all these tools to create and market your products. From the simple steps to create and host your blog to ALL the many articles for many different niches/subjects offer through MASS ARTICLE CONTROL, you really can have a website/blog just like this one in no time!

Selling Solutions, Promoting Your Blog

September 6th, 2009 No comments

Blog To Make Money with Blogging To The Bank 3.0.

Regardless of the reasons for which you have created a blog, it can become a success only if you know how to promote it: in other words, you have to attract traffic. There are several ways to do so, depending on what you aim at with your blog; first of all, you need to get a look on the web and see what the competition is like. Blogging is something you learn and improve as you acquire more experience; actually we could say there are no boundaries related to the possibility to promote something online. The best help you can get is from domains related to yours, by the use of friendly links.

Once you’ve got the pages ready don’t hesitate to have links to your blog posted on other sites, which you may have to do the same in exchange to help others. Nevertheless, it is good to mention here that you must pay attention to the web page quality to make sure that you don’t promote something that contradicts your principles. Then, you should probably know that there are all sorts of blog directories where you may submit your pages so that you make it more easily accessible. Generally such sites require a description of your blog, and it is here that you need to show your skills.

Check out directories like Digg and Delicious.

In case you have to describe the blog as clearly as possible, try to focus on the general topic and aim of the blog. The title you include here will be part of a category that you must select very carefully, so that it reflects your intention completely. This introductory part should not be too long, though you’ll have to include some descriptive details and high-in-demand keywords. If you manage to do all these insertions correctly, then you can expect to get great traffic to the blog.

When you are new in the blogging world, you have to let people know that you’re available with great subjects, pictures, articles, products and anything else specific to your field. The best way to spread the news about your blog is to write press releases and submit them to free directories; statistics show that many bloggers chose this promotion method as it is the most profitable in terms of attracting friendly links and good positions in search engine rankings. Forum postings are also great to be used in parallel with press release listings, and results should not be late to appear right away.
